We developed our cold brew coffee to have flavor notes of dark brown sugar and chocolatey flavor notes. When brewed using cold brew equipment, or even a French Press, the result is a smooth cup of coffee with low acidity and a chocolatey finish.
Using a Filtron:
- 16 oz. of coarsely ground Clayton's Cold Brew + 64 oz. of Water + 12 Hours Brew Time
- This yields 32 oz. of cold brew concentrate. We suggest a 1:3 coffee to water ratio, but if you like it a bit stronger, 1:2 ratio
- For those who want a creamier cold brew, we suggest a 1:2 ratio of coffee and milk
- Fill a 16 oz. glass with ice, pour coffee, water and enjoy!
