Grower's Story

Finca Los Cedros, owned by Nessliey Eguigurems, is a small-holder farm in the Guinope el Parais region of Honduras. With a total area of 10 hectares, Nessliey has put aside 20% of his land for a bioreserve and has planted coffee on the remaining eight hectares. At 1,650 meters above sea level and an average temperature of 69.8 degrees F, Los Cedros is perfectly situated for the kind of quality coffee we expect at Clayton Coffee.

We have been impressed with the complexity of this coffee - a fruit-forward cup with subtle sweetness and a medium body. We are honored to roast this coffee to a light degree to highlight the uniqueness it has to offer.
