Grower's Story
At Finca Los Conejos, the passion for coffee runs deep. The family-owned farm, named after the beloved pet rabbits of their childhood, is located in the heart of Guatemala's Santa Rosa de Lima region. This area is renowned for its volcanic soils, which provide the perfect conditions for growing exceptional coffee beans.
This particular lot of coffee is produced using anaerobic fermentation. The result is a cup that's bursting with fruit-forward flavors and notes of tropical fruits, orange blossom florals, and candy-like sweetness.
The meticulous fermentation process takes place over a period of 120 hours, during which time the beans are exposed to minimal amounts of oxygen. This creates a complex and dynamic flavor profile that's sure to leave a lasting impression.
The Santa Rosa de Lima region has been cultivating coffee since the 1850s, making it one of the oldest coffee-growing regions in Guatemala. The area is characterized by its rolling hills and stunning volcanic landscapes, which create the perfect microclimate for growing exceptional coffee beans.
We take great pride in sourcing the finest specialty coffees from around the world. Finca Los Conejos is a true gem, and we're honored to be able to offer it to our customers.
